 NEW OPTIONS in version 1.03

BMP to QL/ QL to BMP/ View Files:
 - Most BMP types can now be read and shown from 24-bit to 1-bit.
 - Conversions to BMP can be done to 24-bit or 16-bit.
 - Saving to a DOS or NFA named device will replace the underscore with a dot.

 Convert Type or Mode:
 - When any of the conversions has been chosen, the number of succesful
operations done is reported back to the user.

 Select Files:
 - The directory list will now be sorted with sub-directories first.
 - Files that are not recognised as .bmp, _pic, _psa, _pd2 or _pd3 images are
assumed to be of the _scr type.
 - Further check are done on the basis of the file extension. Anything that is
obviously not a _scr, is now excluded.
 - If none of the usual screen extensions is found, the user needs to confirm
it is a screen file before proceding.

 View Files:
 - In Viewing files there is now a Scaling option. Images that are too big
can be resized to fit the current menu size but will keep their x/y-ratio.
This Scaling produces some temporary files on the default output device but
when DOing "Wake" this temporary output can be directed elsewhere.
Changing the current output device from any of the conversion options will
have no effect on this temporary device.
 - If Scaling produces an error, any other chosen files will be shown without
scaling. A Hit on "Wake" may still show the current image.
 - If no Scaling is used and the arrow is in a corner where panning and
scrolling overlap, this now results in a diagonal move.

 Help:
The F1-Help menu text has been updated to briefly reflect the changes.

 Executing:
 - If you don't want to use Scaling at all, you can start BMP with "%U%" on the
 commandline, then it's disabled.
 - If the occasional warning BEEP gets on your nerves this can be switched off
with a "%S%" on the commandline.
These flags can also be combined as "%U%%S%" or even "%U%S%".

 - BMP can now also be started with a filename on the commandline.
This line should look like this: "\devN_filename".
It can be combined with the above flags like this: "%S%\devN_filename".
If the filename is incorrect or 'in use', the name is dropped and a normal
 start is performed.

 BUG FIXES in version 1.03

A bug in the v1.02 mode16-to-BMP24 option could freeze the program.
For unknown files the output name could be messed up if no valid extension was
found to be replaced after conversion.
If a file produced an error on Viewing, the Info button could still show
 statistics on the previous file.
Lots of improvements under the hood.

The Scaling function was written by David Westbury.
