On Sunday 14th October at the annual Sinclair QL meeting in Modena, the new version of QTImage, the photo editing program for Sinclair QL was presented.
The program, now in version 1.4 presents several new features; The main work was on the new edge detection features, implementing six new algorithms based on convolution matrices. So we now have a total of eight possible algorithms to get the best possible result.

New tonal management features have also been added, as well as the possibility of inserting a thickness and color frame chosen by the user using a preview function.

In the filter sector the bas-relief effect has been improved and two new filters have been added: pixel effect and 3D mosaic.
The program can be downloaded as usual from the Quantum Technology website on the page dedicated to it but is also an integral part of the Black Phoenix distribution.
